- Loss of condition in horse. Difficulty keeping weight on.
- Difficulty with fitting bridle & bit

- Large particles of feed in droppings
- Head shaking when ridden
- Rearing/bucking when ridden
- Unable to chew efficiently
- Rushing hard feed & hay
- Excessive drooling & salivation
- Taking hold of the bit & lack of control
- Pulling against the rider
- Cheeks sensitive to touch
- Something strange happening on horses mouth
- Distinctly unpleasant smell from mouth
- Sores on the lips, cheeks &/or inside the mouth
- Dunking hay in the water
- Irregular movement of lower jaw
- Reluctance to eat
- Discharge from the eyes, nasal passage or jaw
- Soft tissue injuries to the inside of the mouth
- Dropping or dribbling food when eating
